Everything you need to know about Quote Trades
Getting Started
Walk me through it
Short guided runs on the real screens. Nothing is sent and nothing is charged — you can stop at any point and pick it up later.
Build your first quote
Put a real quote together, step by step. Nothing gets sent — it saves as a draft you can delete afterwards.
Send your first invoice
Turn finished work into an invoice that chases itself. Nothing is sent until you press send — it saves as a draft.
Chase what you're owed
Find the money that's late and send the reminder, in about four taps. Nothing is sent without you pressing send.
Find work and quote it
How jobs reach you, how to filter to the ones worth your time, and how to get a quote in.
Get the week in the diary
Put jobs, site visits and run sheets on one calendar so nothing gets double-booked.
Log spend and claim it back
Snap a receipt on site, flag what's deductible, and hand your accountant a clean list at tax time.
Work the leads you haven't won yet
Every enquiry on one board, moving left to right, so nothing goes quiet without you noticing.
Read the scores, pick the right jobs
What the score is actually measuring, and how to sort for the jobs you're likely to win.
See which quotes actually land
What's still in play, your win rate, and the quotes waiting on you.
Find out which jobs actually made money
Quoted against actual, job by job, so the ones quietly losing you money stop being invisible.
Keep the crew straight
Who's on today, who's off, whose ticket is about to expire, and where the hours came from.
Know what's on the van
Stock across the shed, the vans and the job sites — and a warning before you run out mid-job.
Get the hours down
A week at a time: what was worked, what's billable, and what still needs approving.
Set up the day's run
What the crew is doing today, in the order they'll do it, printable and out the door.
Keep track of your subbies
Who's working, whose insurance is about to lapse, and who you'd have back.
Understand your recurring work
Contracted, scheduled work — the income that arrives without you quoting for it.
Order materials on paper
Purchase orders, so what turned up and what you were charged can be checked against what you asked for.
Keep the safety paperwork current
Each job's SWMS and who has signed it, and every safety document with the date it expires.
See where safety stands this week
What runs out in the next 30 days, which jobs are on site this week with their SWMS, and what needs you.
