  • Counter-offers were silently rejected by the server — now accepted.
  • The negotiation card no longer sticks up the thread; it follows the latest offer to the bottom.
  • Settings had a duplicate "Availability" tab — consolidated into Business → Hours.
  • Settings → General "Email" field was blank — now populated.
  • Notifications from the same person now collapse into a single "N new messages" entry instead of stacking.
  • Removed the AI-style quick-reply chips from the message composer.
  • Fixed a binding error on the Profile password fields that could crash the page.

  • Propose a Visit — a new messaging tool: offer the customer up to three times, they tap one to confirm, and the confirmed slot is automatically added to your Schedule as a site visit / job / meeting (with the job's address, your chosen duration and a reminder). The card is colour-coded pending → confirmed / declined.

  • The expanded Messages view now fills the full width of the screen instead of sitting in a narrow centred column.

  • Pin · Mute · Archive — a ⋯ menu on every conversation: pinned chats sort to the top, muted chats stop bell notifications, archived chats move to an Archived view (inbox filter: All / Unread / Pinned / Archived).
  • Profile photos in chat — the other person's photo shows in the inbox, thread header and beside their messages (one avatar per message run, Messenger-style).
  • Facebook-style times — centred time dividers between message groups; per-bubble timestamps replaced by a hover tooltip.
  • Messenger reply layout — "You replied to…" label with the original message as a grey ghost bubble your reply overlaps; tap it to jump to the original.
  • Download & Forward — hover any message to Forward it to another chat (with preview), and Download photos.
  • The messages top bar no longer shows a Connecting/Live pill — presence lives on people (green dots and last-seen).

  • Mobile chat bubbles were being squeezed by the hover-action buttons — phones keep just reply + react and bubbles get their width back.
  • Sender avatars now re-anchor after a time gap and sit at the bottom of a message run.

  • Works without signal: pages you've already opened keep working in a basement, a lift well or out past the last tower, and the app tells you how old what you're looking at is.
  • Work done offline is saved on the device and sent the moment you get signal — timesheets, time tracking, expenses, mileage, site photos, forms and sign-offs. A counter shows how many are still waiting so nothing quietly goes missing.
  • One set of screens for web and phone, so every feature now lands on both at the same time instead of the phone trailing behind.

  • Every QuoteTrades link now shares properly — post one to Messenger, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or a group chat and it shows a branded picture, headline and summary instead of a bare grey box.
  • Pricing is now a public page. Anyone can read the plans and what's in them without signing in first.
  • Suppliers can now show their star rating directly in Google results, and pages carry the "Home › Suppliers › …" trail instead of a raw web address.
  • News articles are listed for search engines with their publish dates, so recent stories can be found while they're still current.

  • The Help Centre and the free templates page were nearly invisible to search engines — they had almost no page information attached. Both are now described properly.
  • Team invitation links were being offered to Google. They're private links, so they're no longer listed or indexed.
v1.15.1 Faster pages4 Aug 2026

  • Pages now start drawing before the whole app has finished downloading. Around 2 MB of scripts used to load before anything appeared on screen — they now load alongside the page instead of in front of it.
  • Photos across the site are about a third lighter with no visible change, which makes every page quicker on a phone or a patchy site connection.
  • Cleared 59 accidental duplicate image files (~18 MB) left behind on the build machine.
  • Page banner photos now start loading immediately instead of waiting on the rest of the page, so the top of every page fills in sooner.

  • About, Careers, Contact, Privacy, Terms and Cookies were invisible to search engines — real pages with real content that were never listed and carried no page information. All six are now described properly and included.

  • Images further down a page now load only when you scroll to them, instead of all at once. Long lists — suppliers, courses, news, portfolios — use noticeably less data on a phone or a patchy site connection.
  • The main picture at the top of a page still loads straight away, so the page doesn't look empty while you wait.

  • Invoice numbers could very occasionally clash, which stopped an invoice saving at all. The random part of the number is now far larger, so it can't realistically happen. Existing invoice numbers are unchanged.

  • Post a job and matching tradies are now notified — in the app and by email — with the suburb, distance where known, and the budget, so they can decide at a glance.
  • Notifications go to a small, ranked group first rather than everyone at once. If the job still hasn't been quoted after 15 minutes it reaches more tradies, and wider again after an hour.
  • Tradies are never told about the same job twice, and jobs stop chasing after 24 hours.

  • New-job notifications were silently failing to send. Of 97 jobs posted, exactly one notification had ever reached a tradie — which is the main reason posted jobs were going unanswered.

  • You can now fill in the whole post-a-job form without an account. You only create one at the very end, so tradies have somewhere to send your quotes.
  • If you do sign up at that point, your job details are waiting for you when you come back — nothing is retyped.

  • Posting a job used to demand an account before showing you anything, which is the single biggest thing standing between a customer and a quote.
  • Signing in or signing up part-way through something now returns you to what you were doing instead of dropping you on a dashboard.

  • Employers can now message people who haven't applied for anything. You get a notification and decide.
  • They never get your phone number or email unless you say yes. Saying no is one tap, needs no reason, and they can't ask you again for six months.
  • Employers see their approaches in one place, with contact details for everyone who said yes.

  • Looking for work? Browse jobs going and apply in one tap. Your applications page shows where each one is up to.
  • An offer is yours to accept or turn down — accepting is what adds you to their team, and nothing happens to your account before that.
  • Ads without a rate say so, rather than pretending. Being upfront about pay is the single biggest thing that gets a trade ad answered.

  • You choose hourly, daily or weekly, and you can pause an alert without deleting it.

  • Saving an alert never sends you a backlog of people or jobs that were already there. The first alert is genuinely the first new thing.
  • Your alerts page lists everything you are being told about, on both sides — people you are looking for, and work you are looking for.
